A Japanese delegation of Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly visited our LSP program at Lillian H. Smith Library on February 15, 2020.
The Assembly learned about a vast array of the services LSP and TPL (Toronto Public Library) provide for the community. The delegation members were impressed with the quality service delivered by the library daily and the support for newcomers provided by LSP program.
