If you’re a woman, you’ve most probably heard of the pelvic floor and know it’s importance. You may have even been doing pelvic floor exercises for some time now.

In this workshop, we aim to guide you to the pelvic floor for over 60s and discuss how to breathe and strengthen your pelvic muscles, as well as prevent incontinence.
