Mindful colouring session can help focus, improve concentration, feel better about yourself. Colouring is used similarly to a mandala and replaces classic meditation.
The workshop is meant to be fun and promote time aside from your busy life. Mindfulness is a technique that merges western psychology and Buddhist tradition of meditation.
