Library Settlement Partnerships
When you arrive as a newcomer, an important priority—whatever your immigration status—is to engage with some settlement services to help you start your new life. Our Library Settlement Services (LSP) programs are central to helping you find your way in Canada.
We will work with you to determine what kinds of support you need, providing important information and referrals so you can access essential services. This might involve support with legal issues, housing, employment, education, healthcare or language learning. We can also help you with applications and documents, including referrals for translation services if needed. We are happy to provide our LSP services in a variety of languages, including (but not limited to) English, Mandarin and Spanish.
