CultureLink has been reviewing and updating core processes to improve the capacity of the organization.
Marketing was involved in the creation of Brand Guidelines, as part of the investment in the development of a more cohesive image for the organization that will help us preserve the friendliness and expertise of our brand visually, for further growth, awareness and recognition.
The project also included a variety of assessments used to measure the technical abilities of all our staff. This collection of data was then applied to customize a series of training sessions in which we reviewed the most critical functions of our digital tools and empower employees to use them efficiently.
Both projects and additional work was possible with the Resilient Communities Fund grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF). Thank you!
